Sapristic, the story of a company not quite like the others
At the beginning, there was the takeover, back in 2014, of an already well-established SAP activity.
Three years later came a first project in the hospital sector. A turning point.
But above all, there was an intuition.
The sense that in a world where technology is evolving at lightning speed, there would always be a need for solid, committed teams. Teams truly able to bridge the gap between field needs and digital solutions. People who understand concrete realities and know how to translate business challenges into long-term solutions.
Not just another IT service provider. Not disconnected consulting.
But rather a grounded, responsive partner, one who tells it like it is.
This is how Sapristic was born.
A clear compass: real-world impact
From day one, the idea was simple: help companies, hospitals, and public institutions succeed in their digital projects, without ever losing sight of the end goal.
We don’t code for the sake of coding.
We don’t configure an ERP just to tick a box.
What really matters is what it changes for users, for patients, for the people doing the work.
Work done right, with care and common sense.
A human team, consultants with personality
Today, the Sapristic team brings together SAP consultants, functional analysts, BI experts, project managers... all driven by the same desire to move things forward, in a spirit of trust.
We don’t need to be 200,000.
We just need the right people, in the right place, at the right time.
Sapristic is based in Belgium (yes, that flat country we call home) and in Luxembourg, but we work wherever we can make a difference: hospitals, public services, industry…
The common thread? Useful projects, critical systems, environments where reliability is not a luxury.
What makes the difference? Maybe just… us.
There are a thousand ways to do IT.
Ours is to listen before we act. To adapt without losing ourselves. To deliver what we promise, no more, no less.
We’re not here to impress.
We’re here to get the job done, and done right.
Sometimes that means putting in extra effort. Sometimes, it means rephrasing a poorly expressed need so it finally makes sense.
Always with respect, humility, and a touch of humor.
And tomorrow?
Tomorrow, Sapristic will keep growing.
We’re hiring, we’re structuring, we’re challenging ourselves.
But one thing won’t change: our determination to stay useful.
Useful to our clients, our colleagues, and the world around us.
Because tech is great.
But with real humans behind it? Even better.
Shall we talk?
Want to know more about Sapristic?
Talk about a project? A technical challenge? Thinking about joining us?
You’re in the right place.
