We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can keep projects on track, understand business challenges, speak tech when needed, and most importantly, create momentum where things need to move forward.
Sapristic is not a giant consulting machine with mandatory foosball tables and endless slide decks.

What you’ll do
Depending on the projects, contexts and needs, you will:
- Lead digital projects from A to Z: scoping, planning, budgeting, quality, coordination and change management.
- Translate complex business needs into practical solutions alongside technical and functional teams.
- Create strong collaboration dynamics with field teams while keeping the human connection at the centre.
- Interact with a wide range of stakeholders: business teams, analysts, developers, management and end users.
- Contribute to projects involving data, automation and artificial intelligence.
- Prepare and facilitate steering committees, move topics forward and keep everyone aligned.
- Dive into details when necessary, instead of managing exclusively from the control tower.
- Bring perspective, expertise and calmness into environments that are not always calm.
- Support business development activities when your expertise can make a difference.
The profile we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex digital projects, including project team coordination.
- Strong ability to handle both functional and technical topics: software development, integration, industrial automation or complex digital environments.
- You do not need to be a developer, but you are comfortable interacting with technical teams and understanding the implications behind technical decisions.
- Strong project management culture: structuring, prioritisation, coordination and communication.
- A practical mindset, composure under pressure and collaborative leadership skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior management while remaining credible and approachable with operational teams.
- Experience with innovative projects involving digital technologies, data or AI, ideally within healthcare environments, is a strong asset
- Fluent in French and Dutch. English? That’s a bonus
