What you’ll be doing (and doing well, judging by your CV):
- Manage digital projects in hospitals from start to finish: scoping, scheduling, budgeting, quality, and change management
- Create genuine momentum with on-the-ground teams, while always maintaining the human connection
- Act as the main contact for stakeholders, from hospital teams to third-party vendors
- Prepare committee meetings, drive topics forward, and keep the project on track
- Dive into the details when needed
- Bring your insight, expertise, and calm to environments that aren’t always calm
- Support the sales teams: we appreciate project managers who also know how to persuade
What you bring:
- ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience on hospital digitalisation projects, DPI or other critical components (ERP, ADT, etc.)
- ✔ Genuine knowledge of the e-health landscape and hospital applications
- ✔ Strong sense of the field, calm under pressure, and a good dose of collaborative leadership
- ✔ Comfortable with management, credible with teams and always with the right tone
- ✔ Proficient in French and English (Dutch? That’s a bonus)
