And today, we are looking for a Business Analyst who can analyse, structure and clarify… but also build connections and help projects move forward in a practical way.
Sapristic is not a large corporate structure producing endless slide decks to fill meetings.

What you’ll do
Depending on the projects, contexts and needs, you will:
- Understand how business teams operate and the realities they face on the ground.
- Identify, analyse and formalise user and stakeholder needs.
- Document processes in a clear, structured and useful way.
- Model business processes, workflows and system interactions.
- Translate business needs into concrete functional requirements for project and technical teams.
- Contribute to digital projects involving data, automation and artificial intelligence.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, business teams and external partners.
- Prepare and facilitate workshops, gather the right information and move topics forward pragmatically.
- Build trusted relationships with the various project stakeholders.
- Produce functional documentation, analysis materials and all elements required for the smooth delivery of projects.
The profile we’re looking for
- A Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Polytechnic Engineering or any equivalent degree with a strong analytical component.
- A first experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, structuring and synthesis skills.
- Natural curiosity and a genuine desire to understand how things truly work.
- The ability to bridge business needs and technical realities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Rigour, organisation and a strong solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in innovative digital, data or AI-related projects, ideally within healthcare environments, is a real asset.
- Good command of French and Dutch. English? That’s a bonus.
